We'll collect payment and send your registration via Canada Post, or, if it is more convenient, you can pick up your registration documents at our office, Registry @ South Trail Crossing Ltd. You choose your preferred delivery method when you sign up.
WHAT IF MY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT OR I HAVE UNPAID FINES?
If you have moved, or if you have an unpaid fine on your account, then you will need to contact our office before you can renew your registration. If your automatic vehicle registration renewal is unable to be completed, then a member of our staff at Registry @ South Trail Crossing Ltd will contact you directly.
WHEN WILL MY REGISTRATION BE RENEWED?
We will automatically send you a notification of your upcoming renewal two weeks before the beginning of the month in which your renewal is due. Your payment method will be charged and your order sent for processing on the first day of your renewal month. You can expect your registration renewal to be processed in approximately 2 business days.
HOW IS MY PAYMENT STORED AND PROCESSED?
Your payment card information is securely stored by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Debit Mastercard and American Express.
